Frequently Asked Questions

Are your conversion parts street legal?

All our exterior parts have a type approval from the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). This means for you: no MOT, no registration – simply install and drive legally.

After purchase, you will receive the corresponding KBA documents via email. You should carry a copy of these in your vehicle.

Can I return or exchange my order?

You can return the product free of charge within 14 days. Unfortunately, we can only accept returns of products that are undamaged and still have the protective film attached.

How do I know what year my model is?

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

The VIN is located on the vehicle (at the bottom of the windshield on the driver's side), in the vehicle registration document, or in the app.

The 10th digit of the VIN encodes the model year:
F = 2015, G = 2016, H = 2017, J = 2018, K = 2019, L = 2020, M = 2021, N = 2022, P = 2023, R = 2024, S = 2025

Does the body kit still need to be painted?

Yes, our body kits are primed, but not painted.

This means that the surface is already prepared, but must be painted in your desired color before installation. This way you ensure that the color and finish perfectly match your Tesla.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is from Germany and takes between 5 and 10 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over 200 Euros.

Are your products compatible with all Tesla models?

Our products are primarily built for the Model 3. Here, we differentiate between the 2019 - 2022 model and the 2023 - 2024 model. Some interior parts also fit the Model Y.

Can I do the installation myself, or do I need professional help?

In principle, anyone who knows a bit about cars can carry out the installation themselves. However, to be on the safe side, we recommend taking the parts to your trusted mechanic.
